JANUARY 2019: EVENTS IN LEICESTER
January is looking to be a lovely month for Leicester's nightlife with a variety of new events popping up and keeping the scene healthy and competitive, here is a rundown of what's going on in the fine city of Leicester.

The debut night for Ru:mble is happening in the basement of Below, with headliner Ghost and a load of local DJs. Expect a whole lot of dnb and jungle for your eardrums.

Polonez Bar are bringing Castle Sound for King Clegg's Birthday Bash, with King Clegg, Swift, Daddy Ezee Philly-P all on the decks with man like Burger MC controlling the mic.

23 Degrees are coming to Tunnel and are bringing in man like Dillinja for History of Jungle, alongside a few local legends in the dnb and jungle scene.

Telephone Disco are back to funk up the 2funky Music Cafe with a night of groovy tunes and disco boogies.

DNA are back at Boxed for that happy hardcore mashup madness, bringing the likes of Hyper-activ, The Tupz and a load more.
2funky Music Cafe are bringing Alpha Steppa, Imitri Counteraction, Kamakaze and more powered by the mighty Morrell Soundsystem.
New dnb, jungle, hiphop and dub night Free Form, presented by Formation Records, are hosting their debut night at 2funky Lounge. Line TBA.
Debut night for dnb event, Impulse, as they take over the Below basement. A roaster of talented local DJs to be rinsing the sounds.

Beastwang are back with a weighty line up of Serum & Inja, Royal T and Benny L at the 2funky Music Cafe.

True Sound of the Underground are back with a monster line up at Below, a night for the junglists with Aries and jungletek queen Mandidextrous.
